Revenue OS Intel Import connects your Zoom account to the Revenue OS Intel Suite so your team's cloud call recordings can be imported in bulk and scored for sales coaching.
Read-only: the app never writes to Zoom, never joins meetings, and never records anything itself.
Adding the app
You'll need a Revenue OS account (owner or manager role) and admin rights on your company's Zoom account. Connecting as a Zoom admin lets Revenue OS list recordings for your whole team; without admin rights, only your own recordings are visible.
- Log in to Revenue OS and open the Intel Suite → Capture tab.
- Click Connect your recorder, then Connect Zoom.
- A Zoom sign-in window opens. Sign in and review the requested permissions - the app asks for three read-only permissions: list your account's users, list cloud recordings, and download recordings you select.
- Click Allow. The window closes and the import page updates by itself - no refresh needed.
Using the app
- After connecting, the import page lists your team's cloud recordings from the last 30 days, each pre-tagged with the rep who hosted the call. (Local recordings saved to a computer don't appear - enable cloud recording in Zoom to capture them.)
- Select the calls you want analyzed - nothing imports automatically - adjust any rep name, and click Import.
- Each call is transcribed and scored in minutes. Larger batches finish within about 30 minutes; you can close the page and come back.
- Scored calls appear in Submissions with coaching breakdowns; team-wide results roll up on the Team tab and, on trial accounts, in your day-7 team report.
Removing the app
- Go to the Zoom App Marketplace and sign in.
- Click Manage → Added Apps (account admins: Admin App Management).
- Find Revenue OS Intel Import and click Remove.
Removal immediately revokes the app's access - Revenue OS can no longer see or download anything from your Zoom account. Recordings you already imported remain in your Revenue OS account under our retention policy: audio auto-deletes 90 days after import, and you can have any or all recordings deleted within 72 hours by emailing support@jordanstupar.com. If your account becomes inactive, recordings are deleted within 30 days automatically.
Troubleshooting
- "Could not read your recordings": click Reconnect Zoom on the import page - this runs a fresh authorization and fixes revoked or expired access.
- Only your own calls appear: the person who connected isn't a Zoom account admin. Reconnect using an admin's Zoom login to see the whole team.
- A call is missing: it may be a local (non-cloud) recording, or older than 30 days.
- Anything else: support@jordanstupar.com - responses within one business day.
