Meet the founder
Jordan Stupar did not learn sales in a classroom. He started broke, on straight commission, not making anything, and learned to sell where it actually happens: in the trenches, in front of real customers who could say no. Out of those conversations he built his own methodology, tested it on his own paychecks, and kept only what worked. Over 22 years it produced more than $50 million in personal sales and made him a top 1% earner before he ever taught a single class.
Then he walked away from the top of the leaderboard to teach the method to everyone else. Since then he has coached more than 30,000 clients and trained more than 186,000 salespeople across 42 countries, from roofing crews and dealership floors to insurance agencies and software teams. When an owner needs a sales team trained by someone who has actually done the job, Jordan is the one they call.
He also refused to stop at teaching. Cashcards, the objection flashcards, came first: the method reps could hold in their hands. Then he built the software around the whole methodology, tool by tool, until it became Revenue OS: the training, the practice, the call scoring and the accountability that show an owner who is doing the work. Stupar Enterprises is his company, run from Brookfield, Wisconsin, and every lesson in the Sales Academy is still Jordan on camera.

Jordan didn’t just teach selling, he built the products that fix it. As CEO and creator of both Cashcards and Revenue OS, he turned 22 years on the floor into the system tens of thousands of reps close with every day.

The problem we exist to solve, in the founder’s words.
Most teams have it. None of them use it. We turn the lesson into a measurement, the measurement into a consequence, and the consequence into pipeline.
The accountability gap is the largest unsolved problem in B2B sales. A team can spend $80,000 on training and still close at the same rate it did before. Why? The training isn’t installed. There’s no measurement on whether the rep is applying it. No consequence when they don’t. No reinforcement when they do.
Revenue OS solves this with one number: the Compliance Score. Every rep sees their score. Every manager sees the team’s. Every owner sees the org’s. The lesson becomes a behavior. The behavior becomes a number. The number becomes revenue.
What we believe

You already own six of them, and your reps use none of them. A tool does one job and answers to the rep. A system runs the whole loop and answers to you.

Every rival needs you to arrive with a documented sales process, because none of them will write one. We wrote the method first, sold it on its own for years, then built the operating system around it.

Other tools built walls between the rep and the owner: the rep gets the feedback, the manager gets a dashboard, you get a renewal notice. We built a mirror. The same number on both screens, updated the same night.
