The Sales Academy
The Sales Academy is Jordan’s complete sales method as a 90-day training plan: one 20-minute lesson every weekday, a workbook and a quiz every rep has to pass, so the method sticks instead of being heard once.

Day 4 — “It’s Too Expensive”

Build a unified response to the most common pricing objection using the formula + a ‘step-up’ cheat code.
What it actually is
Seven courses. One method.
Jordan’s full sales method, as your team’s training plan: 140 lessons across seven courses, in the order a rep needs them. Objections first, then follow-up, then everything that turns a pitch into a yes. A quiz after every lesson and a certificate at the end of every course.

20 lessons · quiz after every oneHow it solves it
One lesson a day. On the record that night.
The method installs as a 90-day plan on day one. Every rep gets one 20-minute lesson per weekday, with a workbook and a quiz they have to pass. Watched or not, passed or not, it is on your dashboard the same night.
- 01 · WatchEight minutes, on the rep’s schedule.
Every lesson is a short video from Jordan. Watch time is tracked. The lesson does not count until it has been watched.
- 02 · WorkA workbook, not a worksheet.
Each lesson ships a workbook the rep writes in: the numbers, the principle, the build assignment for the next call.
- 03 · QuizPass it or repeat it.
Five questions close every lesson. Scores are kept per rep, per attempt, and the manager sees them.
- 04 · TrackOn the record that night.
Completion, quiz score and streak roll into Training Completion, 30% of the Compliance Score. Finish the course and the certificate is earned.

Watched · counted the moment it ends

The Follow-Up Formula · 80% of sales are made between the 5th and 12th follow-up attempt. 48% of salespeople never follow up at all.

The accountability layer
The Compliance Score. Who is doing the work, and who isn’t.
Every lesson watched, every quiz passed and every daily task done rolls into one number per rep, 0 to 100, recalculated every night. Reps see where they rank against the team. Owners see who is doing the work and who is not, without asking anyone.

What the owner sees
Who watched. Who passed. Who is certified.
Every lesson a rep finishes shows up the same night: completion by course, quiz scores by attempt, the streak, and the certificate. Training Completion is 30% of the Compliance Score and the daily task is another 25%. More than half the number is this product.
Feeds the Compliance Score tonight.
Then the loop continues
Learned it. Now prove it.
Next · Step 2
Practice. Reps practice what they just learned.
A role play against an AI customer that argues back, in text or live voice. Scored on five criteria in about a minute, with a coach’s note. Three low scores in a row and the manager gets an enforcement action. Nobody practices on a real customer anymore.
