Intel score

Strong rapport and a solid presentation, but it failed at the most critical moment: the close.

Closing48

No explicit close attempt was made. The call ended with “I’ll follow up” and no defined next step, no decision timeline, no commitment ask. The price reduction was offered without securing any form of yes in return.

How it solves it

Every call recorded. Every call scored.

Reps record from the phone in their pocket, or the call comes in from Zoom or an upload. Every conversation is transcribed, scored against the method and your own process, and the moment that cost money is marked, with a deadline to fix it.

  1. 01 · Capture

Record it live, or send it in.

In-home and in-person calls straight from the rep’s phone. Floor and phone calls uploaded as audio or video. Zoom meetings with “Demo:” in the topic land on their own, and a call recorder like Fathom, Fireflies or Gong can import the last 30 days in one click.

    Six skills. Then your process.

Value stacking, objection handling, close timing, price presentation, follow-up setup, talk-to-listen ratio. Then a second pass grades the call against your uploaded playbook, step by step. Your process carries 60 percent of the composite.

  3. 03 · Fix

The moment that cost money, with a deadline.

Every scored call marks its best moment and its worst on the player, timestamped. A call under 80 turns the missed moment into a debt due 6pm the next business day. The rep re-fights it by voice against an AI customer seeded with the real customer’s words. Eighty or above closes the loop. Managers only see what the automation could not fix.

What it actually is

The call, on the record.

Intel Suite is the Implement stage of Revenue OS: the recording, transcription and scoring pipeline for every real customer conversation your team has. Field, floor and Zoom calls flow into one place. Each is scored on six skills and your own process, marked at its best and worst moment, and turned into a coaching loop with a deadline. Team Command gives managers one screen: team score, submissions, open loops, and a coaching queue sorted by urgency. It is also the engine behind the free Revenue Diagnostic.

Under the hood

How a call becomes a score, a moment, and a closed loop.

01How a call becomes a score

Audio is transcribed with speaker separation, then two AI passes run in parallel: the Stupar AI analysis on six dimensions, and Process Adherence against your own playbook when one is loaded. Composite is 40% Stupar, 60% process. The call review is a full-screen player with moment markers, the transcript with clickable timestamps, and four tabs: Scorecard, Process, Coaching, and Ask Intel to question the call itself. Results, transcript and audio are kept for 90 days.

02What the manager sees

Team Command is one screen: team score, process, submissions, minutes, open loops. Under it, a coaching-opportunities queue sorted by urgency: enforcement actions due, overdue role plays, reps with no submissions, and patterns detected when the same skill gets flagged again and again.

03How the deadlines work

A flagged call under 80 creates a required moment due 6pm CST the next business day. Three hours before, the rep gets a nudge. Past due, the leaders get one grouped message. Every morning at 8, one digest lists only what is overdue. Nothing needing attention means no message. Silence is the feature.

04If you already have a scorecard

An org can load its own scoring rubric for a call type. When it matches, the call is scored against that document in full instead of the general scorecard, and the report shows the rubric that actually ran.

What the owner sees

Every conversation your team runs, scored and ready to coach.

Intel is where training meets the customer. The dashboard shows this week’s field and floor submissions with the average score, open coaching loops, and enforcement actions, and each flagged call links straight to the moment the manager should coach.
