Customer AI & Role Play
Customer AI & Role Play is an AI customer your reps run objections against, by text or live voice, with every attempt scored in about a minute, so the hard conversation gets rehearsed before a real customer hears it.

AI customerI like it, but I have to run it by my wife before I sign anything.
MarcusOf course. What do you think she’ll say when she sees it?
AI customerHonestly, she’ll ask why we didn’t just wait until spring.
MarcusFair. What happens to the roof between now and spring?
AI customerProbably another leak. That’s kind of why you’re here.
MarcusRight. So waiting costs you a repair, and the price goes up in spring anyway.
AI customerShe’s going to want to know we got a fair number.
MarcusThen let’s call her together right now and I’ll walk her through it.
AI customerYou’d do that?
MarcusEvery time. If it were only up to you, would we be moving forward tonight?
How it solves it
They practice on the AI. Not on your customers.
An AI customer that argues back, a new objection every day, and a score on every attempt in about a minute. The rep gets the reps in before the appointment, and you can see who did.
- 01 · Daily
One objection, every day.
Every rep gets the Objection of the Day, with the situation spelled out, and records a response before midnight. Submitting it is the daily practice requirement, and it counts toward the Compliance Score.

- 02 · Practice
A customer who does not fold.
Needs Partner Approval. Shopping Around. Has a Cheaper Option. Stalling. Price Objection. Or describe your own. Text or live voice, at three levels: a lay-down for new reps, realistic for training, and a closer who stacks objections.

- 03 · Scored
A score in about a minute. A redo if it is low.
Five criteria, twenty points each: script adherence, objection handling, close attempt, energy and tone, follow-up setup. A coach’s note with every score. Seventy or above clears it. Three in a row under 60 and the manager gets an enforcement action.

What it actually is
A practice room that keeps score.
Customer AI & Role Play is the Practice stage of Revenue OS. It is an AI customer your reps can run objections against in text or live voice, a daily assigned objection every rep has to answer, and a scoring engine that grades every recorded attempt against the method and keeps it. Managers can assign a role play. So can the system: a flagged moment on a real call becomes an assigned role play on the exact objection the rep missed.

How the practice loop works
The questions owners ask, answered from the platform.
01What exactly gets scored?⌄
Every role play is transcribed and scored 0 to 100 on five criteria worth twenty points each: Script Adherence, Objection Handling, Close Attempt, Energy and Tone, Follow-Up Setup. The rep gets the score, the transcript, and Stupar AI’s feedback.
02What happens when a real call goes wrong?⌄
When a real call gets flagged, the rep re-fights that moment by voice against an AI customer seeded with the customer’s actual words. Eighty or above beats it and closes the coaching loop. The practice recording is kept.
03What if a rep keeps scoring low?⌄
Three consecutive submissions under 60 open an enforcement action for the manager and send them a direct message. It also emails the manager and the top manager on the team.
04Does every practice count against them?⌄
No. The Objection of the Day counts toward the Compliance Score. Customer AI practice is elective and does not, so reps can run as many reps as they want without fear.
What the owner sees
Who practiced. Who passed. Who is dodging it.
Role Play Quality is 25% of the Compliance Score: half is the submission rate over the last 30 days, half is the average AI score. Zero submissions scores a zero. The dashboard shows redos pending by rep, so the coaching conversation is about a number, not a feeling.

In person or over the phone, the conversation is recorded on the rep’s phone and scored against our methodology and your company’s process. Intel Suite connects to your CRM, so the score sits next to the revenue. In the companies running Revenue OS, the top reps typically carry the highest scores.
